Winnebago County desires to secure a Consultant to perform design, engineering, permitting and construction services for the proposed improvements to the Butte des Morts boat landing. The Winnebago County Parks Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the purpose of designing, engineering, permitting, and providing construction oversite for the proposed improvements to the Butte des Morts Boat Landing located at 5316 Leonard Point Road within the Town of Omro in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 at 3:00 PM CT All questions, inquires, or requests for clarification regarding this RFP shall be submitted through online. All proposals submitted shall be binding for ninety (90) calendar days unless the Consultant(s), upon request of the County, agree to the extension.
