Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omro, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Limit : Wcl-whispering Way Extend life of pavement/culverts/structures and investigate possible intersection improvements. Perpetuation project involving cold-in-place resurfacing of 6.9 miles along STH 21 within the towns of Omro and Rushford in Winnebago County and milling/resurfacing of 1.1 miles along STH 116 within the city of Omro in Winnebago County. Culverts and beamguard will be evaluated for possible replacement, curb ramps within city of Omro will be evaluated for ADA compliance, and intersection of Broderick Road will be evaluated for possible improvements, including a roundabout. Anticipated Construction Cost: $7,000,000-$7,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
