Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omro, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of reconstructing a sanitary sewer siphon and water main crossing under the Fox River, generally from East River Drive to Scott Park. The project includes Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) approximately 355 feet of a new dual-pipe (8-inch and 12-inch) sanitary sewer siphon, including new siphon manholes and connections on either side of the river crossing. The project also includes HDD approximately 420 feet of 12-inch water main and open cut installing approximately 580 feet of 12-inch water main. The project also includes some improvements within Scott Park, such as installing new sanitary sewer laterals and water services, base improvements (bridge abutment), and pulverizing and re-paving the parking lot. Final restoration includes final asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks and grass restoration.
