Renovation of a municipal facility in Franklin, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 143-129 as amended The contract for the same will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the proposal for the performance of the contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Macon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All Bidders shall seal the envelopes containing proposals and mark upon the outside the following: CLOCK TOWER RENOVATIONS - TO BE OPENED DECEMBER 23, 2024 @ 4:00 P.M. The name and address of the bidder must be plainly marked on the outside of each envelope. Minority businesses, womens businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids.
