Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Franklin, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot, four-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of the demolition of the damaged asphalt surface of the existing west parking lot at 192 Industrial Park Loop. New concrete pavement will be installed as an apron around a new fire training prop. The new 2,400-square-foot 4-story modular burn building training prop will be erected centrally withing the new concrete apron enabling multiple training scenarios. The project will Consist of two separate bids: extensions/connections and Site preparation including demo, utility paving. Modular fire training prop delivery, erection, and final I utility connection.
