Apartment size ranges from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms; and they may be occupied or vacant. This will be a TWO-YEAR CONTRACT with options for three additional years if agreeable by both the contracted company & RMHA. All contractors are required to be licensed under State Laws governing their respective trades. Attention is Hereby Called to the Provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractors Are Required to Comply with the Guidelines for the Recruitment of Mbe, Wbe, Dbe, Section 3, and Encouraged to Employ Housing Authority residents. Please Note: the Rocky Mount Housing Authority Will Require Contractor to Prove $1,000,000.00 Comprehensive General Liability Insurance,$1,000,000.00 Business Auto Liability with Rocky Mount Housing Authority as Additional Insured; and if Applicable According to North Carolina State regulations-workers Compensation;$1,000,000.00 Employer's Liability The Rocky Mount Housing Authority reserves the Right to Award the Contract on Whatever Single or Combined basis as in the Best Interest to the Authority, to Accept or Reject Any or All proposals, and to Waive Technicalities and Informalities. No Proposal May Be with drawn After the Scheduled Closing time for the Receipt of Proposals for A period of Thirty (30) Days.
