General Statutes of North Carolina, the City of Rocky Mount is Seeking Bid Prices for Transmission poles Replacement on Sutton Rd. The City of Rocky Mount reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Companies Providing Bid Price Proposals Shall Be Duly Qualified and Licensed to Provide the Service as Referenced in This Proposal. The City of Rocky Mount is seeking proposals from qualified and certified vendors to perform a transmission pole change out project. This work will take place in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The vendor awarded the contract shall be responsible for all labor, transportation, equipment, tools and insurance needed to perform the project in a safe and workmanlike manner for acceptance by the City of Rocky Mount. This contract requires replacement of twenty-nine (29) transmission poles including relevant works as described below. Poles are 75ft to 85ft. The existing transmission poles have the following facilities on them or attached to them: a. A 69KV transmission line (for the City of Rocky Mount) b. A distribution circuit 23/13.2 KV (for Duke Energy and Progress) c.
