Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to restroom renovations and related site work including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work at West 2nd Street Property. The Scope of Work for the Modular Building Renovation includes, but is not limited to providing water, sewer, HVAC, electric, telecommunications/data services, and interior finishes that include walls and flooring.
