Renovation of a municipal facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Manitoba Legislative Building air handling unit upgrade as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”). The work is being done in the sub-basement of the Manitoba Legislative Building, as well as connected tunnels. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, running chilled water piping, asbestos abatement, insulation of chilled water piping, modifications to air handling units, installation of cooling coils, and ductwork modifications. Work site location will be fully occupied during construction. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
