King County is soliciting bids from interested and qualified firms to provide Maintenance Services for Overhead Catenary System (OCS) & Traction Power Substations. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract to provide goods or services on an as needed basis. Any quantities listed herein are for bidding evaluation purposes only and represent King County's estimated annual requirements. The County will be neither obligated nor restricted to the quantities or locations indicated. The term of the Contract will be Five (5) years, subject to the termination clauses contained herein. King County reserves the right to extend the Contract term if determined to be in the best interest of the County.
