Reference Number 0000281997 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/26 01:00:00 PM EST Pricing Lump sum The Township of South Glengarry is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to update its Water Wastewater Capital Planning Study. The Township owns and operates several small water and wastewater treatment facilities and intends to assess the adequacy of these facilities to meet current and future service demands over a two- and ten-year planning horizon. The successful Proponent will be tasked with updating an inventory of infrastructure assets and assessing the timing, costs, and necessary work for replacements and upgrades. This study is integral to the Townships long-term planning for water and wastewater infrastructure and will support the development of a Water and Wastewater Financial Plan (which will be contracted separately). The successful Firm will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the Township of South Glengarry. Insurance requirements for the duration of the contract will be: General Commercial, $5,000,000 Professional (errors and omissions): $2,000,000 Automobile: $2,000,000 + The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
