Reference Number 0000287610 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/27 01:00:00 PM EST The scope of the project to be considered for submissions shall be limited the necessary scope required to prepare an updated Engineer's Report and realign the James McDougall Municipal Drain from, approximately, station 181+46 to station 149+75. The Township acknowledges that additional requests may arise during the course of the project, from the public meeting or at the request of the Drainage Superintendent, however this additional scope will be considered through scope changes to the original contract. If, at any point during the project, Township Council decides that the project should not proceed under the Drainage Act, then the successful proponent will be compensated for their Work to that point in the scope, project close-out documents will be provided to the Township, and the project will be closed. The project includes the following general phases; however, proponents are encouraged to elaborate, expand, or modify any step based on their experience and understanding of the project. The successful Firm will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement, such as the 2024 MEA / ACEC Ontario Standard Agreement, with the Township of South Glengarry. Insurance requirements for the duration of the contract will be: General Commercial, $5,000,000 Professional (errors and omissions): $2,000,000 Automobile: $2,000,000 The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
