Magnolia Water Plant Disinfection Improvements The deadline to ask questions is 12/10/2024 10:00 AM CST for furnishing all labor, supplies and supervision necessary for construction in accordance with plans and specifications for the: BIDDERS should inspect the site and be knowledgeable of all local conditions. Time of completion shall be 240 calendar days, including weekends and holidays. All bids must be plainly marked with the project name and bid number. No faxed bids will be accepted. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing chemical system (chlorine gas and LAS) and replacement with new. This includes the demolition of the existing fiberglass LAS chemical building and replacement with masonry LAS building; installation of new double-walled LAS storage tank, metering pumps, chemical analyzers, and chemical piping; modification to the existing off-site water well piping, surface water piping, and booster pump suction piping to accommodate adequate chemical injections (all modifications are within the Water Plant site); installation of an inline booster pump station for the off-site well piping, concrete driveway extension, and the installation of a well water fill line with the replacement of the existing overflow line on the existing ground storage tank on-site; modifications to MCC, conduit, duct bank, and all necessary electrical components and appurtenances for a complete operational system.
