Site work and paving for a road / highway in Glendale, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will consist of the construction of a new right turn lane at north bound 83rd Avenue to east bound Bethany Home Road Each bid shall be accompanied by a proposal guarantee, in the form of a certified or cashiers check or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount of bid, made payable to the order of the City of Glendale, Arizona, to ensure that the successful bidder will enter into the contract if awarded to him and submit the required Certificate of Insurance, Payment Bond and Performance Bond. The City of Glendale reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality or irregularity in a bid. Bidders that have an open litigation with the city of Glendale will not be considered for additional work until litigation is resolved. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of fifty (50) days after opening and reading of the bids.
