Construction of Fraser Public Schools 2023 Bond - BP#4 and BP #5 (ROOFING) for Disney, Emerson, and Richards Middle School Renovations work. - Bid Category: Membrane Roofing Bid Proposals shall be on electronic forms furnished by Barton Malow. Bidders shall not withdraw or revoke Bid Proposals for a period of 90 Days after date for receipt of Bid Proposals. - Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security, in the amount of 5% of base bid, by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located. - Bidders with an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) greater than 1.0 may not be considered for contract award. -The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Fraser Public Schools on the AIA Document A132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor, Construction Manager as Advisor Edition. - The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. -Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish, satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual -Project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes and Bidder is required to include such taxes in its Bid Proposal. - Project is Not subject to prevailing wage rates. All Bidders are responsible for attendance at the pre-bid conference. Pre-bid conference minutes will be distributed to all attendees and invited bidders. Information disclosed in the pre-bid conference minutes will be considered part of the Bidding and Contract Documents.
