Reference Number 0000380920 Delivery Point: 33000 Garfield Rd Fraser, Michigan United States 48026 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to outline the City of Fraser's need and criteria for Design services to develop a plan for Steffens Park. Services rendered include design services, consultation and revisions with city staff, and detailed plans. As part of the design work feedback shall be solicited from the public through some form of survey, public meetings, or combination of both. Based on the collected feedback, a plan shall be developed that incorporates the community needs and requests within realistic constraints and with due consideration for attainability. The feedback collected should be made available to the relevant staff at the City of Fraser, as well as interested parties within the City of Fraser. Highlighting of key trends in the gathered community feedback is important as well. Additionally, deliverables shall include: 1. Provide all design services, conceptual level design drawings and dimensions. 2. Provide renderings of two (2) key focal points in the design. 3. Effectively communicate design and revisions with city staff. 4. Provide proposed design development/phases (if any) and a current cost estimate for the build out of the design.
