Project was never awarded Multi-Purpose Room HVAC Upgrades at Arts Academy In The Woods This is a Prevailing Wage Project (the Michigan Prevailing Wage Law, Act 166, P.A. of 1965 applies to this project). Certified payrolls must be provided for this project. All bids must be submitted on forms furnished in the Contract Documents and be accompanied by a bidder's bond or a certified or cashier's check payable to Arts Academy In The Woods for the sum of not less than five (5%) of the bid amount. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner (bidder) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Arts Academy In The Woods Administration or Staff in compliance with Section 1267 of the Revised School Code (MCL 380.1267), and compliance with the IRAN Economic Sanctions Acts, Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012. Bids received without these disclosures WILL BE GROUNDS FOR REJECTION. Arts Academy In The Woods reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities therein and accept that bid, which best serves Arts Academy In The Woods.
