Question Acceptance Deadline 05/21/2025 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company on the form provided, payable to the City of Fraser, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. The City of Fraser reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
