Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fraser, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bid Proposals are requested for construction work associated with Fraser Public Schools 2023 Bond – BP8A: Dooley Parking Lot, including Site Work & Paving, Playground Equipment, Fencing, and Electrical categories. Proposals must be based on the requirements set forth in the project manual and bidding documents, drawings, and specifications. Bidding documents will be available for examination and distribution at specified locations. Accepted bidders must furnish satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Certificates of Insurance. The project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes, which must be included in the Bid Proposal. The project is not subject to prevailing wage rates. Bidders may be required to pre-qualify and must submit bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. Bidders with an Experience Modification Rate greater than 1.0 may not be considered. The successful bidder must enter into a contract with Fraser Public Schools using the AIA Document A132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. A pre-bid conference and site visit/tour is required for all trades, and all bidders are responsible for attendance.
