Meter data management and analytics. Communication networks and related software. The City of Fraser provides water services to approximately 6,927 metered connections. The existing system includes Neptune and Ferguson type water meters. The existing water meters are located inside basements of residential homes, some located in crawl spaces, and in commercial and industrial buildings. The City utilizes BS&A software for billing.
