Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Fraser, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.
Bid Proposals are requested for the construction of Fraser Public Schools 2023 Bond – BP9: Operations & Bus Garage work. Proposals must be based on the requirements set forth in the Barton Malow Builders project manual and the construction bidding documents prepared by Wakely Associates Architects. Bids are requested for the following categories: General Trades and Roofing. Bidding documents are available for examination at specified locations and via Building Connected. Accepted bidders must provide satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Certificates of Insurance as specified. The project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes, which must be included in the bid. The project is not subject to prevailing wage rates. Bidders may be required to pre-qualify and provide a bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid. Bidders must use the electronic forms provided and may not withdraw bids for 90 days after submission. Bidders with an Experience Modification Rate greater than 1.0 may not be considered. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract on the AIA Document A132-2019 Standard Form of Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
