Question Deadline 11/29/2024 at 2:30 PM ET All Questions Shall Be Submitted to the Procurement Office at Charlotte.destephano@calvertcountymd.gov. A pre-bid meeting shall not be held. If the Contractor to whom an award is made shall fail to execute the Contract hereto attached, and as herein provided, the award may be annulled and the Contract awarded to the next lowest responsible Contractor, and such Contractor shall fulfill every stipulation embraced herein, as if they were the original party to whom the award was made; or Calvert County Government may reject all bids as its interests may require.
