This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for Work under this Contract is to replace the existing windows with new aluminum-framed windows at the Level 2 & Level 3 sunrooms and re-waterproof the west balcony at Queen’s Park Care Centre in New Westminster. The work is intended to restore assemblies to air and watertight conditions and the anticipated ready-for-takeover date is October 31, 2025.
