This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is an invitation by Graham Construction and Engineering LP (on behalf of Douglas College) for prospective proponents to submit Trade Contractor bids relating to ITB09-12-24 - 808 Royal Project TP.04.7 - Polished Concrete. This scope is to include for all labour, materials, equipment, overhead, and fees of the Polished Concrete scope in accordance with the Subcontract Documents as listed in Appendix "C". This scope of work is not inclusive of all activities for the Subcontract. These activities, however, are to be included and used in conjunction with other contract documents to help clarify areas of uncertainty. This scope includes, but is not limited to, all of the requirements described in the drawings and specifications listed below, including related sections and notes referenced within. All requirements noted as "Contractor" on the drawings, specifications, contract, etc. shall be requirements of the Subcontractor as it applies to their scope. Should discrepancies arise between the Scope of Work and other Contract Documents, including this Proposal Package, then the most stringent will apply.
