The City of New Westminster is seeking a qualified Respondent to lead and develop the City's Infill Housing and Townhouse Programs. The Respondent will lead and be responsible for creating the Infill Housing and Townhouse Programs, through their design expertise, analysis, and consultation. These programs are to put in place zoning regulations, guidelines and/or other policies to enable infill housing and townhouses. The City is developing a new Infill Housing Program and Townhouse Program that will explore expanding on the direction set by the Province through the Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing legislation, and tailoring this to reflect the New Westminster context.
