Project Description: Project includes concrete foundations, slab and stoops for post frame building already procured and to be constructed by Stutz Excavating, Inc. Work also includes related grading, paving, plumbing, electrical, storm sewer and sanitary sewer indicated on Drawings and in these Specifications. additional doc acq note: Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications, may be examined by prospective bidders and material suppliers at the offices of Hurst-Rosche, Inc., 1400 E. Tremont St., Hillsboro, Illinois The documents are being provided for reference purposes only. Bidders are encouraged to obtain a signed and sealed hard copy set of the bidding documents. At a minimum, bidders must obtain clean copies of bid forms from the offices of Hurst-Rosche, Inc. by paying a non-refundable amount of $10.00 to submit a bid for this project. Construction shall commence early Spring 2025. Site, utility, and concrete work shall be completed within 56 calendar days from the issued Notice to Proceed. The next 56 calendar days are reserved for the erection of the building by others. Interior electrical work shall be completed after the 56-day building erection period. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Sum. The bid security shall be either certified check, cashier's check, bank money order or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Hereinafter this bid security shall be referred to as the bid bond. Submit two copies of your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner.
