It is the intent of the Horry County Schools Office of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Facilities Department, to solicit quotations from qualified vendors for Multistack Chiller Parts for Myrtle Beach Middle School. This request for quotations is for furnishing of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts only and will not accept any alternates. Installation of the requested parts will be completed by Horry County Schools HVAC Maintenance employees. The District reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and to cancel the solicitation; waive any and all technicalities; the District reserves the right to reject any quotation in which the delivery time indicated to be of substantial length to cause disruption and/or delay in operation for which the item(s) is/are intended; ambiguous quotations which are uncertain as to terms, delivery, quantity or compliance with specifications may be rejected.
