Site work for a mixed-use development in Geneseo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Location: SUNY Geneseo 1 College Circle Geneseo, NY 14454 Replace Water Line & Drainage K Lot All work on this Contract is to be completed within/by 90 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed the site will be available for construction between the dates of May 19th, 2025- August 17th, 2025. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 5/19/25-8/17/25
