Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Medford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
PROJECT: Whelen Park Shoreline Improvements, Medford, Wisconsin In general, the project consists of the construction of approximately 340 LF riprap slope, 140 LF either sheet pile or modular block retaining wall, 110 LF HDPE storm sewer, 2,000 SF concrete sidewalk, asphalt driveway, and associated erosion control and restoration along the Black River in the City of Medford. A single prime bid will be received for the work. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. This project is funded in part by financial assistance from the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Funding program. Bidders shall submit a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications with their bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
