The Facilities Management Department (FMD) wishes to engage a qualified mechanical engineering firm to conduct HVAC audits of civic buildings to identify opportunities for asset management improvements. These improvements can be implemented through various methods, including operational work orders, capital projects, operational procedure changes, and improvements to the maintenance plans in the SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) module. Additionally, the selected engineering firm will provide owner's engineering services on an as-needed basis, including design changes to be implemented by operations or through capital projects. FMD is also developing a comprehensive set of technical guidelines based on the MasterFormat divisions It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded January 2025 It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity.
