Site work for a municipal facility in Brick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Installation of sand fencing a minimum of 15-feet from the base of the existing dune. Construction of overlapping fence openings for access points. Bid Guarantee is required in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount indicated in the Bid, but not in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000). A certificate is required from a surety company stating that it will provide bonds in the form and amounts as stated in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be placed in sealed envelopes and must be received by Township of Brick prior to the Date and Time indicated for Public Bid Opening and Reading in Paragraph REJECTION OF BIDS: Township of Brick reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any Bid, if deemed in the best interest of Township of Brick. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
