Renovation of a municipal facility in Lancaster, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
HVAC Renovations project at the Government Services Center located at 239 West Main Street, Lancaster, Ohio. The existing building is a three (3) story structure of approximately 78,000 S.F. in total size, with all portions of the building to receive replaced RTU (main) HVAC Equipment. The Fairfield County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and to waive any irregularities, nonconformities, or noncompliance with the terms of this RFQ. Should there be any questions please contact Jon Kochis, Facilities Director at jon.kochis@fairfieldcountyohio.gov Each Statement of Qualifications must be submitted in a sealed envelope, as described in the RFQ and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "SOQ for Government Services Center HVAC Renovations Project".
