Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 100 feet 12" RCP storm sewer, two (2) catch basins, and connections to existing private 12" RCP storm sewer from St. Lukes Hospital and existing storm manhole in 9 th Ave E. Additionally, restoration of sidewalk, curb and gutter, as well as 9 th Ave E roadway.
