Address: 2720 Rodd Street Midland, MI 48640 1.04 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS A. Project: Renovations To Midland County Administrative Services Building B. Architect's Project Number: 20220400. C. Bid Documents may be downloaded from the website. D. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount or a certified check in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid. E.
