Estimated Project Cost $2,800,000 Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Elizabeth Lowery at drc.camsrfq@drc.ohio.gov with the project number included in the subject line (no phone calls please) The purpose of this Request for qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain professional architectural/engineering services for the design of showers and interior doors. Southern Ohio Correctional Facility (SOCF) is an adult maximum-security prison facility operated by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC). SOCF was constructed in 1968 and is comprised of approximately 37 buildings on 1,625 acres. The facility is located at 1724 St. Rt. 728 Lucasville, OH 45699. The intent of this project is to replace the current shower doors in all housing units as needed. The current shower doors pose a security risk due to deterioration and mechanical failure. The new doors need to be compatible with the current controls. Also, this project should include interior security doors as needed. State Prevailing Wage requirements apply to this project. All aspects of the project must comply with ODRC policies and procedures
