The City of McPherson is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services to prepare a Wastewater Treatment Master Plan (Master Plan) for its Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Master Plan will determine the future direction, capital improvement budgets, and priorities for the City's wastewater treatment plant, as well as biosolids treatment facilities and use of recycled water.
