Renovation of a recreation facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
Work of this Contract includes but is not limited to the removal of an existing temporary process chiller along with associated temporary piping, piping connections, and electrical and the installation of new permanent process chiller in place of existing. The existing concrete pad will need to be removed and a new concrete pad installed to accommodate the new chiller. New permanent chiller piping will be routed along the exterior of the building down below grade to penetrate into the lower level pump room. Controls to be upgraded to fully integrate new chiller.
