R2l 2 E12 the Major Components of the Work is as Follows: (a) Supply and Deliver Hdpe Plastic Lumber as Defined Here Within : (I) Plastic Lumber Shall Be 4”x4”x72” With a Cedar Finish, Comprised of Pre and Post Consumer Materials, Qualifying as 95% Recycled Content of the Polytuftm Brand (Manufactured by Tangent Technologies, Llc. Commercial general liability insurance, in the amount of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) inclusive, with The City of Winnipeg added as an additional insured; such liability policy to also contain a cross-liability clause, non-owned automobile liability and products and completed operations cover, to remain in place at all times during the performance of the Work; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
