The contract will run from March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026, for a one-year contract, or through February 28, 2027 if a two-year contract is awarded. Bids that are received after the time and date specified above shall not be accepted or considered. A Certified, Treasurers or Cashier's Check or bid bond in the sum of 10% of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be submitted with the sealed bid proposal along with the Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Acknowledgement of Receipt of Notices, Revision or Addenda, Affirmative Action and Exhibit A Questionnaires, Business Registration Certificate and Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran, Russia and Belarus. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.(P.L. 1975,C. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Authority will evaluate bids and an award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with and as defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received in accordance with the law.
