The City of Carlsbad is seeking a qualified firm, or firms, to provide Professional Engineering and Surveying Services on an as per job basis for local, state and/or federally funded infrastructure and capital projects. These projects involve a variety of engineering disciplines including storm water and drainage, street and roadway, structural, utility water and wastewater, comprehensive and/or strategic planning, grant administration, and other services as requested. he City will award contracts to multiple firms due to the number of projects and the wide range of areas of expertise required for City projects. The resulting contract will be a multi-year agreement renewable on an annual basis up to but not exceeding 4 years.
