Renovation of a fire / police facility in Murrayville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of January 23, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Lumpkin County is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to paint the exterior of Fire Station 2 to match the color of the newly renovated portion. The scope of work includes: Silicon all holes Tighten all screws Paint all exterior surfaces including doors, garage doors, and windows All conduit around the building should also match the body Paint all downspouts and gutters The County will prepare the area by pressure washing the building, cutting back grass and shrubs, and moving all construction debris. All questions should be directed to Ryan McDuffie, Purchasing Agent at 706-482-2552. Lumpkin County reserves the right to reject quotes received. It also reserves the right to make minor changes or further negotiate details and terms. Once the quote is accepted and terms are set, if the vendor fails to deliver within the agreed upon time Lumpkin County reserves the right to accept a quote from another vendor.
