Site work and paving for a civil project in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work for which bids are to be received consists of: Installation of approximately 10,000 LF of 4" through 24" water main along Indiana Street, St. Joseph Avenue, 9th Avenue, 10th Avenue, and 12th Avenue, Wabash Avenue, Ohio Street, Lemcke Avenue, Franklin Street, Mt. Vernon Avenue, Pennsylvania Street, Leslie Avenue and Igle heart Avenue including eighteen (18) fire hydrants, seventy-one (71) valves, and approximately one-hundred and three (103) service connections. Installation of approximately 730 LF of 12" through 36" storm sewer along Pennsylvania Street and 9th Avenue including four (4) storm manholes, one (1) catch basin, and connection to the existing diversion chamber with an automatic drainage gate. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration (milling included), flushing, disinfecting, testing and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The above referenced project description includes items that are part of the Itemized Base Bid. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications pertaining to the Itemized Base Bid, regardless of the installation method chosen. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals.
