Addition to Schuylkill County Prison - General Construction For the Addition to Schuylkill County Prison, 230 Sanderson Street, Pottsville, PA, Bidders proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, certified bank treasurers check, bank cashiers check or bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid together with 10% of the aggregated sum of all additive alternates. The surety will name as payee or oblige the County of Schuylkill.
