Reference Number 0000368568 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: Four (4) Optional Renewals The City of Lakewood (the "City") is requesting quotes from qualified individuals or entities ("Respondents") to provide weekly potable water delivery and filling of a 105-gallon freshwater tank at 1068 Quail St, Lakewood, CO 80215, with an optional inclusion of weekly pumping of a 150-gallon wastewater tank. This service will be awarded to one Respondent and may be extended annually not to exceed four (4) annual extensions, at the City's discretion. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The successful Respondent shall provide unit pricing for per potable water delivery service and wastewater pumping on an as-needed basis as well as for regular weekly service at 1068 Quail St, Lakewood, CO 80215.
