Reference Number 0000386526 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: Four (4) Optional Renewals The City of Lakewood (the "City") is requesting quotes from qualified individuals or entities ("Respondents") to provide Restroom Trailer Maintenance & Repairs As-Needed. This service will be awarded to one Respondent and may be extended annually not to exceed four (4) annual extensions, at the City's discretion. The successful Respondent shall provide pricing for Mobile RV Mechanic Services AsNeeded including repair of all components of a portable restroom trailer including: Plumbing Electrical HVAC Prevent freezing of water lines, tanks, and plumbing components while keeping unit operational. Chassis Repair (optional) Mechanical Systems (optional) The location for services is 1068 Quail St, Lakewood, CO 80215. Please see Attachment A for additional information on the restroom.
