Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY UPGRADES 240217 The Project includes the following Work: A. WWTP Pump Station a. Remove and replace existing submersible pumps, pump base, rails, lifting chains, and panel with new. B. WWTP Headworks a. Remove existing mechanical screening equipment and replace with new upgraded equipment. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Funding Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act and adherence to the current U.S. Department of Labor Wage Decision requires that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub.
