Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: New Water Supply Well No. 3 240217 The Project includes the following Work: A. Well and Piping Improvements a. Aquifer Test Existing Well i. Drilling and developing one 5" observation wells. ii. Aquifer testing one 5" observation well. iii. Aquifer testing existing 12" wells. b. Wells: One new potable water supply well and second observation well i. Drilling and developing second 5" observation well. ii. Drilling and developing one 12" test well. iii. Geophysical logging. iv. Aquifer testing in second 5" observation well v. Aquifer testing new 12" test well and reporting. vi. Water sampling and laboratory analysis. vii. Aquifer test reports. viii. New submersible well pump, motor, piping ix. Abandoning the observation wells. x. Electrical power supply, well controls and control integration. c. Yard piping: 780 LF ~ 12-inch watermain, one hydrant, associated valves and fittings, and connection to existing water system. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Funding Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act and adherence to the current U.S. Department of Labor Wage Decision requires that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. This agreement is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177- 58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18,2022.
