Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project includes addition and/or replacement of automatic door operators and controls at multiple doors on the Jackson State Community College Campus. Alternates (4): Alternate 1: Work at doors E3.100, E3.101 and E3.110 in the Walter L. Nelms Building Alternate 2: Work at door 7.104 in the McWherter Building Alternate 3: Work at doors E9.102, E9.104 and 9.105 in the Gymnasium Building Alternate 4: Work at door E5.100, E5.105 and E5.106 in the Ayers Health and Science Building The State of Tennessee is inviting General Contractor bids for the Work of this project. Location Jackson State Community College, 2046 North Parkway, Jackson, TN 38301 Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 Bidders shall submit questions about bidding documents to Designer in writing. Questions shall be received by Designer.
