Renovation of a fire / police facility in West Boylston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
For the Replacement of 35 kW Emergency Standby Generator with a 140 kW LP Gas Generator located at 39 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA 01583. Sealed bids entitled Replacement of 35 kW Emergency Standby Generator with a 140 kW LP Gas Generator Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit Consisting of a Bid Bond, Cash, or, Certified Check Made Payable to the Town of West Boylston Issued by a Responsible Bank or Trust Company in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Price. The job site will be available for inspection upon request. All work under this contract must be complete, tested and balanced by April 1, 2025 unless other arrangements are made with the Town. The Bidder further accepts all of the terms and conditions of this Invitation for Bids. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the REPLACEMENT OF 35 KW EMERGENCY STANDBY GENERATOR WITH A 140 KW LP GAS GENERATOR Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any supplemental general conditions are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
