Scope of Project: Includes but is not limited to installation of approximately 1,183 LF of 12" and 8" wastewater line, approximately 3,000 CF of channel excavation associated with natural creek restoration, the removal of Loquat Street and the repaving of Canyon Road within the project limits. Question Deadline 12/04/2024 Questions must be submitted in writing to the City of San Marcos Purchasing and Contracting Division only at RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov. The Owner will consider all inquiries received at least fifteen (15) calendar days received prior to the bid opening date. All Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total greatest amount bid, including all additive alternatives. The guaranty may be a certified check, bank draft, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value). A check or bond must be made payable to the City of San Marcos. Cash deposits will not be accepted. A bid bond submitted on any form other than the one included herein will be grounds for bid rejection. City Council award is anticipated to be on February 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM, City Hall Council Chambers, 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas 78666, unless otherwise rescheduled.
